Welcome and I’m glad you’re here. Choosing a therapist can feel overwhelming, and taking this first step takes real courage. Many of the people I work with are navigating the impacts of trauma, neurodivergence, or challenges related to identity, emotional connection, and self worth. You may feel stuck, misunderstood, or disconnected from yourself or others, and want support that feels genuine, respectful, and empowering. Common goals include managing anxiety, healing from past experiences, strengthening relationships, and gaining greater self awareness to create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is trauma informed, integrative, and tailored to each individual. I draw from EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), DBT, CBT, and other evidence-based practices to support healing at both emotional and nervous system levels. I have a particular focus on working with neurodiverse individuals and men’s mental health, and I strive to create a space that is compassionate, non judgmental, and grounded in collaboration. Together, we work to build emotional regulation skills, resilience, insight, and practical tools you can use beyond the therapy room.
Starting therapy is not a sign of weakness, it’s a meaningful act of self care. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, uncertain, or ready for change, you don’t have to navigate it alone. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside with you as you move toward healing and greater clarity. When you’re ready, I’d be honoured to support you on your journey.
